New Business and Contracting Coordinator

We are seeking a New Business and Contracting Coordinator to support our growing operation.

This position is located in Long Beach, California. Remote work is not available.

Salary: Starting at $67,000 a year + bonuses/benefits

Position Summary:

- Processing licensing paperwork with insurance carriers for agents and agencies

- Providing overall agent support and assistance via phone calls and email

- Walking agents through the use of various internal systems including their online portal and utilization of self-service options.

- Following up with insurance carriers and agents as necessary to support new business

Skills and Qualifications:

- Insurance industry experience not mandatory but a plus

- 3+ years of prior customer service and/or administrative experience

- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite

- Strong telephonic and electronic communication skills and etiquette

- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous assignments

- Additional proficiency in Korean a plus
